Compassion-centered virtual trauma therapy that meets you where you are and guides you toward lasting resilience.
Heal, Grow, Thrive
As an African American therapist who offers Trauma & Relationship Therapy for Adults Healing From Difficult Family Patterns, I help clarify how trauma, family dysfunction, and past relationships can shape the way you see yourself, set boundaries, and connect with others. I specialize in evidence-based trauma recovery and complex trauma counseling, integrating approaches such as trauma-informed therapy, DBT, CBT, somatic awareness, and cognitive processing therapy. I have helped individuals heal from dysfunctional family issues, relationship trauma, and childhood trauma to restore a sense of safety, rebuild healthy relationships, and reclaim their lives—all through secure virtual sessions designed for privacy and convenience for individuals throughout the state of Georgia.

Our Story
Georgia’s Embrace Therapeutic and Spiritual Care, LLC was named for my maternal Grandmother Georgia whose own trauma shaped the foundation of our family. My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I’ve focused on staying true to her values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work by helping others heal.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. We are committed to providing virtual compassionate complex trauma therapy to those ready to embark on the path to recovery.

Your Questions, Answered
How do I know if online trauma therapy is right for me?
If past experiences continue to trigger distress, interfere with work or relationships, or leave you feeling stuck, trauma-focused therapy can help. Our initial consultation lets us assess your needs and recommend the best service—whether one-to-one sessions, group work, or a guided course—so you can start healing with confidence.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions last 60 minutes and are held over a secure video platform. Your therapist will create a collaborative space to set goals, practice grounding exercises, and apply evidence-based techniques such as PTSD Therapy, DBT or CBT. You’ll also receive between-session resources to reinforce progress and support daily resilience.
Can I pause or cancel my plan if my schedule changes?
Absolutely. We understand that life happens. You can reschedule individual appointments with 24 hours’ notice and pause ongoing plans for up to 60 days with no additional fee. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll adjust your plan to fit your changing needs.
